What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two shipping options for your convenience:
- USPS Ground Advantage: Free, with an 8-10 business days complete turnaround.
- UPS Ground: $10.99-$38,99, with a 4-8 business days complete turnaround.
How do I send my device in for repair?
After purchasing a repair service, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed instructions. You will need to securely package your device, include a copy of your order confirmation, and attach the provided prepaid shipping label. Drop off your package at the nearest USPS or UPS location, or request a USPS pickup from your location.
How long will it take to repair and return my device?
Most repairs are completed on the same day we receive your device. After passing our quality check, the device will be shipped back to you using your chosen shipping method. The complete turnaround time is 8-10 business days for USPS Ground Advantage and 4-8 business days for UPS Ground.
What should I do if my shipment is lost or damaged?
- If your package is lost during transit, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate the package or file a claim if necessary. If your device is damaged during transit, contact us immediately upon receipt for instructions on returning the damaged device for assessment and repair.

Shipping Process

Order Confirmation:
- After you purchase a repair service, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed instructions on how to send your device to us.

Packaging Instructions:
- Power off your device.
- Securely package your device in a sturdy box with protective materials to prevent damage during transit.
- Include a copy of your order confirmation inside the package.

Shipping Label:
- We will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to attach to your package.
- If you choose USPS Ground Advantage, the shipping label will be free of charge.
- If you choose UPS Ground, the shipping label will include the additional $10.99 cost.

Drop-off or Pickup:
- Drop off your package at the nearest USPS or UPS location, depending on your chosen shipping method.
- Upon request, we can arrange a USPS pickup from your location.

Repair and Return Shipping:
- Once we receive your device, our technicians will begin the repair process.
- Most repairs are completed on the same day we receive the device.
- After the repair is completed and the device passes our quality check, it will be shipped back to you using your chosen shipping method.
- You will receive a notification with tracking information once your device is shipped back.

International Shipping
- Currently, we only offer shipping services within the United States. We do not provide international shipping options at this time.
